Meet Ishika, one of the Project Directors for IPE! Ishika is currently in her 3rd year for B.Sc. in Computer Science. She joined IPE because she is a big advocate for inclusivity and creating a neuroinclusive ecosystem in the entrepreneurial industry for the students of University of Clagary would help her learn more about different topics! She loves learning new things. When Ishika is not volunteering around the campus, she loves to try out new food places in Calgary and maybe even start a new TV series!

Meet Raiyana, one of the Project Directors for IPE! Raiyana is in her second year of the BDCI program, hoping to work in urban planning. She joined IPE because she wanted to help create a safe space to talk about entrepreneurship (which is scary sometimes!) for all students, particularly ones who are neurodivergent, like her. Raiyana is excited to lead a wonderful team and create more neuro-inclusive resources on campus. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her friends and family and explore the city!

Meet Jassi, one of the Collaboration Delegates for IPE! Jassi is a first year Philosophy major, an avid business aficionado and your potential future defense attorney. He joined IPE to address the looming inequalities of neuro-inclusivity in the entrepreneurial field, and hopes to create an equitable safe space for all entrepreneurs. In his free time, he enjoys boxing, Tarantino flicks and the art of cooking (future house-husband).

Meet Justin, one of the Collaboration Delegates for IPE! Justin is currently in his 1st year of computer science. He joined IPE in order to support underserved groups. In his free time he likes to play piano and guitar. He is excited to see the impact IPE will have on the neurodivergent community!

Meet Divreet, one of the Curriculum Development Delegates in IPE! Divreet is a second-year student in the BDCI program, hoping to work in architecture. Divreet is passionate about learning more about neuro-inclusivity in the workplace, as well as creating a safe space for people of all abilities! She is excited to collaborate with an amazing team and contribute to meaningful change on campus. In her free time, Divreet loves to read, listen to music, and hang out with her friends!

Meet Harsh, one of the Curriculum Development Delegates for IPE! Harsh is in his first year of economics. He joined IPE to help empower neurodivergent individuals in business. He is excited to see how the workshops will have an impact on the neurodivergent community. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his friends and family.

Meet Kaveena, one of the Curriculum Development Delegates for IPE! Kaveena is in her third year pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with career aspirations to work in research and program development to support mental health. She joined IPE to contribute to fostering neuro-inclusivity in entrepreneurship, helping to create supportive and empowering opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. Kaveena is excited to see the workshops her team develops come to life and make a meaningful impact. In her free time, she enjoys reading thriller and romance manhwas, as well as exploring creative outlets like painting.

Meet Yu-ming, one of the Curriculum Development Delegates for IPE! Yu-ming is in his 2nd year of business, going into accounting. He joined IPE to contribute to helping neurodivergent inclusivity at university. Yu-ming is excited to help create visuals and slides for the workshops and help develop the collaboration and pitching workshop. In his free time, he likes playing games with friends and going out.

Meet Zainab, one of the Curriculum Development Delegates for IPE! Zainab is a second-year student in Economics with plans of transferring to Biological Science to pursue dentistry. She joined IPE because she wants to contribute to making the world more neuro-inclusive so neuro-divergent individuals, like herself, feel comfortable in their own skin. She is excited to see her team’s workshop ideas come to life. In her free time, she likes to knit and hang out with friends.

Meet Alisa, one of the Social Media Delegates for IPE! She is a second-year business student with plans of pursuing a career in marketing. Alisa joined IPE to gain hands-on experience with a passionate organization that aligns with her interests and values as a neurodivergent student. She’s excited to work on social media campaigns that will inspire and empower neurodivergent entrepreneurs. In her free time, Alisa enjoys watching cartoons, drawing, and spending quality time with her family.

Meet Daniela, one of the Social Media Delegates for IPE! Daniela is currently a second-year business student, currently majoring in Marketing. She joined IPE because she is passionate about creating a more inclusive community, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and share their unique perspectives. She’s excited to contribute towards a project that drives meaningful change by empowering neurodivergent individuals to pursue their entrepreneurial goals, and also about raising awareness through social media campaigns! In her free time, Daniela enjoys spending time with her friends and watching TV shows.

She joined IPE because she wanted to be part of a supportive community where everyone feels welcome to venture into entrepreneurship. She’s especially excited to use the IPE platform to share neuro-inclusive stories, and help make entrepreneurship feel more accessible and inclusive for all students! In her free time she likes playing fps games with friends and eating out.
